I feel like I was being held hostage here by Brandon. By the looks of it he was going around doing one single task at a time for all his tables instead of doing things as it came alone. Which resulted in me being here 20-30 minutes longer than was necessary. It took around 15ish minutes to even get my check cause it seems like he went to get everyone’s checks all at once. I asked him to just run my card now when he finally brought mine cause I felt like I was being held hostage.

Right off the bat, it’s extremely dark in the establishment. My first thought (which was suppose to be a joke) was “they’ve got the lights damn near off to keep people from seeing how uncooked their food was”. Well. I was kind of right. Me fiance ordered a $45 steak. It came out super fast. He took the first bite and spit it out. It was absolutely raw on the bottom and overdone on the top as if they just forgot to flip it. I am pregnant and a lot already makes me sick so I places the very simple order of potato soup. NEVER in my life have I bit into potato soup that is grainy and the potato’s are undercooked. That was absolutely terrible. Our bill was over $100 and I will tell each and every person I run across to avoid this restaurant. The only things that were edible was the freaking salads and even those tall skimped out on ingredients.

We arrived at 7:00 p.m. on a weekday night with a party of seven. The restaurant was maybe 35% full — yet the hostess told us it would be a 15-minute wait. Oddly, he said he was waiting to seat us for a specific table (where guests were still eating) instead of simply joining two other open tables together.
After 40 minutes of waiting, the hostess — who was rude and gave us attitude — finally seated us. By the time we got our first drinks, it was 7:47 p.m.
I’ve worked in the restaurant business, and I completely understand when there are legitimate waits or delays due to staffing or cleaning tables. But that wasn’t the case here. There were plenty of open tables, and we could have been seated immediately.
To make things worse, the manager noticed our frustration, kept looking our way, but never came over to check on us. She clearly saw the situation and chose to ignore it.

My wife and I stopped here for dinner the other night and we're deeply disappointed. My wife ordered the prime rib medium and I had the new York strip medium rare. Her prime rib was slightly overcooked but was also rather chewy. My strip was terrible. The meat had been cut with the grain, which should NEVER happen, because it makes the meat tough. When you cut into your steak, the grain should be top to bottom as it lays on your plate. This was a left to right cut, so it was chewy and tough, which is really disappointing for a $36 steak at what is supposed to be an excellent steakhouse. After 3 bites i gave up and said something. The manager took it off our bill, but after that the waitress literally stopped serving us. I couldn't even get a drink refill, and she rushed past to drop the check. She never even offered an apology for the substandard meal. I left her a $15 tip anyway, but we won't be going back to this place again anytime soon.
