I would like to give an extremely positive comment on the bakery manager, Tay at the Centennial Colorado Springs store. I have, as well as my dtr, have dealt with her on several occasions. She is an exemplary employee and represents true 5 star service. This morning at 6 am she rushed to get donuts out so that I could surprise my grandchildren before school. She did it with a smile. Every time I order from her, pick up…she is the sweetest. I will not go anywhere else for bakery items because of her. Her products are delicious too!
Also, the gal at the front… (sorry did not get her name) was extremely helpful and nice as she always is when I go into the store.
Please acknowledge both of these gals. Customer service counts!
Thank you

I have never written a bad review in my life. However, I have never been so frustrated with a business. We shop there probably 4x a week, but after my last experience there, I will never be back. The self check lady, Lisa, repeatedly harasses me and my partner when we go in. I think it's because we look alternative. The first couple times she would just glare at us, but a few times she told my partner he was scanning things at the self check wrong and ripped the items out of his hand to scan them herself. The last time we went in, she stood over our shoulder and said "I have a question for you". Upon finishing scanning our items she asked how much we would like to donate (the machine asks this question already and we are perfectly capable of pressing buttons ourselves). My partner said no thank you. She huffed and puffed and called us rude to our faces. When we tried to tell the manager about her repeated harassment, the manager blew us off. I don't know what her problem is. I'm sorry your adult son won't speak to you Lisa, but that doesn't give you an excuse to harass every young man with long hair that comes into your store.
