Always on point! The employees are awesome, not to mention the two special Starbucks employees. They know who they are. Best two baristas in Colorado! Hands down!

I waited from 12:37-1:07 to get my flu shot because a store manager/administrator thought noon on a Friday would be a great time to pull the pharmacist (the only one who can verify the flu vaccine) into a meeting in the room where the shots are given. My tech was extremely nice and apologized profusely on behalf of the store, but she shouldn’t have had to do this. The store manager/administrator walked right past a line of customers waiting for their shots and didn’t even bother looking at us or apologizing for the wait. Horrible leadership and management skills.

I for real came here just to commend Ari in the deli department. Holy cow this guy is so on top of the customer service and his overall efficiency at his job. I've never felt so compelled to call someone out (positively, lol) like this at a grocery store, but dude, give this man a raise.

WALK INS FOR VACCINES NOT WELCOME! Very poorly managed, disorganized and rude customer service from a couple of pharmacists. I went to this pharmacy and was told that 2 people were ahead of me. After waiting an hour I was rudely informed there had been 4 appointments ahead of me. However, no one else went through the only access for shots. Hmmmm. I was then told it would be at least an additional 10 minutes. At that point I asked about the next day and was informed that weekends are slow so there would be very little waiting time. They would keep my intake for the check-in. I went in and, again, was rudely informed that my intake had not been completed (obviously lost or thrown away) and I had to sign for another one. No one was in the waiting area at this time although a couple of appointments came in after my arrival and went in for their shots within 15-30 minutes. I waited almost another hour on this day. I spoke to the Pharmacy Manager and was told that 4 appointments were ahead of me. Hmmmm. When and where did they come from? It's understandable that pharmacy are very busy during Flu Season. However, communication is tantamount with uncontrollable situations like walk-ins. And yet, those situations can be managed. How about letting the customer know that the wait time will be over 30 minutes so they can choose whether or not to wait? Or letting them know if the time ends up being unexpectedly longer? Or maybe apologizing for delays? Or maybe even thanking the customer for their patience? One thing is for sure, rudeness and making the customer feel like they are causing problems as a walk-in should not be an option.
It is important to note that the other Safeway staff at this location have always been friendly, helpful and things are well organized. No need for managers.
