I’m sorry to all the AMAZING employees here like the tall guy in deli! Or the amazing cashier ladies up front! But I have to tell everyone about the weird I just witnessed AFTER GOING HERE FOR YEARS!! I was in the checkout buying stuff, subconsciously took a hit off of my nicotine vape, said oops tried not to blow it out. Two seconds later I FEEL BREATHING ON MY NECK !! THE ASSET PROTECTION GUY DINTSOEAK UNTIL HE WAS INCHES FROM MY NECK. I HAVE BEEN SA AND THIS MADE ME BAWL MY EYES OUT IN THE CAR. Took me twenty minutes to post this after calming down. I had my kids with me and everything. Not to mention he was EXTREMELY RUDE I understand why I can’t, and it was an accident to vape to be honest, but this is unacceptable! I will never come back knowing my persona bubble is not safe here. What happens when asset protection is supposed to help me in a threat at the store while I’m shopping and he doesn’t even have common personal sense??? Shookethmom of two:

Picked up an online order. They were fast, efficient and of course friendly as always. They were out of a few things that were on sale so thay was a big bummer but it wasn't the fault of the associate that I worked with so yea other than not being able to pick up my entire order, I have no complaints. Check em out but always look at what's on sale cause food costs are crazy high these days. A dollar saved is a dollar earned yall.

Linda is a horrible "manager ". She doesn't understand how the Safeway app works and refused to adjust my price. She wouldn't look at my phone app to see the correct internet price. Then she lies and says app prices only apply at a district level! Instead, she wasted 5 minutes of my time walking to the shelf. I followed her asking to adjust. Instead, with 3 items in my cart, she voids my whole order. When I checked out with a person, I called her over to look at the CORRECT price. No apologies, she just walked off. I asked the employee if she was really a manager and he said yes, but she's awful. I didn't even solicit that! Just called corporate a second time to speak to a district manager about her.

My experiences with managers and employees alike have been mostly negative. Other people have pointed out their unprofessionalism and I can attest to that. There are good employees there, but they are not working the service desk or self-checkout and they are not managing the store. I have never felt uncomfortable walking into a grocery store until I moved down the street from this place. Also, the parking lot is horrendous
