Absolutely ridiculous. If you don't want people using self checkout, OPEN A REGISTER! Editing to add: Andrew is a JERK. He ought to be fired, for terrible customer service. Other employees say we should be fine to go through self check out, yet he turned us away, and refused to allow us to check out.

Whatever manager the bald tall guy with the ear piece who was working 11/2 at 11AM, manager on shift is rude and a piece of work. Should not be working with people because his customer experience is zero. I miss the other manager with the glasses and the happy smile who was amazing at customer service. This other manager away from you while in the middle of having a normal conversation. Will be shopping at King Soopers even though it’s a farther drive just to not deal with the half of the staff that doesn’t care about their job. The other half the staff is awesome but the miserable staff makes it a miserable experience. P.S. it’s the guy who looks like a cop. Can’t miss him.
