The food was decent and about what you would expect for a fast-casual chain with fresh ingredients and fair portions. I placed a mobile order, and while it was ready on time, the service wasn’t great. When I arrived, the employee was talking to a friend and didn’t pause or acknowledge me. She didn’t say hello, didn’t smile, and didn’t thank me. All she said was “What’s your name?” and then handed me the bag. When I got home, I realized the lid on my food wasn’t securely fastened. Because it wasn’t closed properly, some of the food spilled in the bag, and the meal was already cold. I arrived right at the pickup time and I live only about five minutes away, so it shouldn’t have been cold at all. I’m usually very generous with reviews because I know how hard it is for businesses to increase their Google rating, but this genuinely felt like a 2 to 3 star experience.
