- KMkayla masseySep 29, 20251.0I had ordered two double breadsticks. Each order of breadsticks comes with one marinara so in each box we got two marinara’s which is correct. I then ordered two extra marinara’s that we didn’t receive. I called them to see what we could do to maybe get our marinara’s or a store credit. The lady on the phone was extremely rude. Saying she put the marinara’s in there and that we only get two and I explained that I had ordered two extra and then she said “well do you wanna come get them” and I said no because I didn’t wanna drive back out there and before I could say something about a store credit she goes “well I don’t know what you want me to do” and I said about a store credit and she said okay 5 dollars on there and then hung up on me. I was a manager at a Pizza Hut for 4 years and never would’ve treated a customer this way. Crazy Update: my husband ended up calling back and talking with the manager who I think originally cashed me out and got the situation resolved. I forgot to say in my original post that the First Lady never took my name or phone number so i don’t know how we were getting a refund but the manager was so nice on the phone. She took our name and number and said she would look into who we might’ve talked to ( i couldn’t get the First Lady’s name) the manager was amazing. Thank you
