- AMAnde McCrary1 day ago1.0Panera bread used to be so good. So good! But now it's disgusting. I got the French dip. I love a French dip, but this was disgusting. I took 1 bite and spit it out. That's not real meat. I took it back, & told the manager it was so gross I immediately spit it out in my napkin. I asked for a bowl of soup instead, & the mgr gave me a bowl of soup. I was very thankful for that. He said next time I can ask for the "meat" to be cooked longer. I wish I would've told him my thoughts at that moment. No, it doesn't matter how long you cook that stuff that resembles meat. No matter what u do to that lab grown meat it'll always be disgusting. They charge way too much for food that isn't even real meat!!!!

Got tired of looking at mess so I started cleaning it up and stacking dishes. Still no response from manager. Finally an employee said thanks.

In fact, the guys seemed quite content on taking their time after I inquired on the order. Very unorganized team and they all looked confused. Customer service is customer service regardless of dining in, ordering to go, or picking up an order. No one likes being ignored.
