  came on here to leave a review specifically for server JENNA! She was extremely attentive, friendly, personable, and on it. Coming from a former server, she absolutely nailed it in every way and made my birthday dinner a great experience. And above that, she was respectful of my service dog. Thanks Jenna!

  Arrive at 5 pm online say no waitlist. People are leaving in droves. Half the tables are empty. Get to the hostess, 2 hour wait. If you are going to advertise for Veterans Day put up or shut up. Extremely disappointed.

  I went today to outback steakhouse with my baby girl. I called ahead before driving almost 40 minutes and asked if they had any free meals for veterans day for active duty and their families they said yes on the phone and i said i was heading there. I waited 1.5 hrs to find out by the waitress i think her name was jenna or emma that the free meals are only for veterans and active duty. I told her about me calling before driving as far as i did and the length of time i waited with baby and that i wouldnt have drove if i wouldve been informed correctly on the phone. I asked her if she can please tell her manager what was happening if can get a free meal like they told me on the phone. She said manager said no that there’s nothing they could do for me. I have multiple medical problems and had no choice but to eat a meal at this point. All the food was seasoned really good and my baby loved the potato soup only thing that was undercooked was my steak which is why i think my stomach was hurting before i headed home. When the bill came i was surprised i didnt get military discount applied to my bill considering im a spouse and have always gotten it my mom als ate earlier today here and said she got a discount. The waitress had positive attitude considering how busy it was. But I paid for the bill in full and asked the waitress why this happened and she said that she spoke to her manager and only veterans and active duty get military discount not spouses. I said it’s the first this has happened that their website says otherwise that its a year discount for military and families and that its unfair and weird that this was happening. She said all she could do was give a desert coupon for a follow up visit. I tipped 20 percent and would come back to outback steakhouse but will go to a different one because of my experience.

  My husband, my baby and I came here for lunch and I ordered my steak medium well and my husband ordered his medium rare. Unfortunately, both came to us well done. However, not only did they take the steaks off of our bill but they also apologized genuinely and sent us home with free dessert. Chris was the manager and Justin was our server. 10/10 customer service will always make the food worth it to me! Because of them, we will be back and just try something else off of the menu.

  On 10/29 I ordered a 6 inch sirloin meal on my DoorDash. I was so incensed due to the fact it was my second order(1st sandwich shop)in two days my order was not like it should’ve been. I certainly can admit when I’m wrong What is Meaning I jumped without giving Outback chance to rectify issue before adding a review on door dash app, at the time I was very upset, hungry, in pain lol I’ve been on bedrest tad agg not at my best, I received a clbk within 5min from Ms. Hannah(Mgr), very kind sweet lady she was very understanding, professional as was young lady I first spoke to earlier (can’t r’ber her name Thankyou🌸as well) She assured me Ms. Hannah would call me as soon as possible not 5mins later 🌸Miss Hannah called me. Thank you I Appreciate time you took to resolve my issue. The fact you went out your way to do so speaks volumes I will in future I will Def frequent your establishment. As for the chef it happens, as always with good cooks,💩happens in kitchen 😊. Also It was never about refund I was just Hungry & it was second mess up from prior day from a dif establishment lol so Again. Thank you for making it right for me⭐️
