Birria/"Dipping" tacos have been really popular recently and I really have come to enjoy the flair. I've tried the tacos, and other Mexican dishes, from spots everywhere around here and nobody gets the flavor quite like these wonderful folks! 😋 My first visit made me a little nervous, only because I'm not a frequent go-er when it comes to food trucks, but the people behind this truck have CERTAINLY changed that! They've got good music going all the time, plenty of shade, and tables to wait and eat at if you enjoy the vibe, but they give out buzzers too in case you'd rather wait in the car, (which I did my first time). For those of you who also aren't a fan of trucks, (usually), I've recently found they'll be opening a location soon!! For those of you who have been fans a while, this is FANTASTIC NEWS! I plan to see many of you other regulars! Every time I visit, they're warm and friendly, and they seem to be really proud of the food they are serving! As someone who's worked in food in the past, this is ALWAYS a great sign! 💚 I hope these guys make it far, it's only food and service, but it truly makes a difference when you know they're good at what they do, and proud of what they do. 🙌💫
