Just had the worst experience at a McDonald’s! I ordered two sausage and egg biscuits add cheese in the drive through. From the time I ordered, over 15 to get the two biscuits. I get the two biscuits home and NO EGG! That means I paid $13 for two sausage and cheese biscuits and waited 27 minutes in drive-thru to get them!

Yippee they have the Holiday Pies. Go get some, make sure you warm it up for 10 seconds.Goes great with a large coffee. Hurry up before they run out. Kudos to the staff and management

We literally live 1 minute from this location. I called Lena and asked if she could add a jelly pack to the order and she said yes. I also requested the food be made fresh. She said "we alway made it fresh, it just depends on how far the delivery is" I said ok great we live acrossed the street so that won't be an issue. The delivery driver was great. The food that was sealed. However, the sausage buscuit was hard, old and stale. It had no cheese as I requested. The sausage McMuffin was hard and old. We literally threw away the food it was so bad. THERE IS NO WAY they made that fresh! I ordered the food b/c we had a busy day.... so so I didn't get to call until the following day. I spoke to Lena the next day explaining what happened and she said there is nothing she can do since it was ordered through door-dash. I understand mistakes happen but not being willing to make it right is foul & I won't be ordering breakfast from there again.

This has got to be the most poorly managed McDonald's in Colorado. I wish I had read the reviews before stopping here. I ordered 4 burgers at the drive through, only got 3. By the time I noticed I was several miles down the road. Not only was the service slow, evidently the workers cannot count.
The manager replies to all bad reviews with a stock link, telling people to provide more info there, off Google. How about taking the information in the reviews to heart and train your staff!?
