Went to counter to order and when the employees came , he was on his phone talking in a language from south of the border and looked at me and just walked off and kept talking , I was unable to order with him. Had to call numerous times to get somebody else's attention , and almost had to yell to get his attention. Place my order and when they brought it to me, it wasn't even correct. The only positive thing I can say is the food was o k at the person cleaning up to the very good job of cleaning.

There is something seriously wrong with this location! They gave us the wrong order THREE times and this happens FREQUENTLY! Not only do I get the wrong order THREE times, they take WAY TOO LONG (30+ minutes every time we go here) to get their orders out when they’re not even busy! This poor man before us has been waiting over an hour for his food!

Waited 15 minutes for my "custom" order and it all came out with everything that I asked it not to. I will say the supervisor was kind and rectify the issue but how can you tell me to wait 15 minutes for a custom order and give it to me right off the heating lamp. Time is money and my time is very valuable. Something that was supposed to be quick ended up wasting over an hour.

I'm not a fan of MDs but we were strained for time after school pick up and my grandsons were hungry. We were nearby running another errand. I let each of them order a kids meal. Some "special@ drink I paid extra for basically exploded by some chemical reaction in it resulting in a big mess in the 9 yr olds clothes, as well as instead my car. I pulled over so he could pour out some of the continuous flowing drink now on the outside of my car too.
