At the windo, they could no longer locate my order and were confused. When they finally sorted that, was told they were out of burritos and all they could do was cancel the order. Terrible service! Wife tells me they don’t even make the burritos at this location, which is how they run out, and they are usually dried out and terrible. She has stopped coming here, despite how convenient the location is for us. Terrible service equals terrible management. Avoid!

After ordering a bunch of breakfast food in the app, arriving to the drive thru at 10:31, and the automated system saying they had to cancel our order (since breakfast ended at 10:30), the manger talked to me and got us our food anyhow: She asked for input from the kitchen staff, verified what was possible, and made it happen! Our hungry kids were ecstatic that we were able to get the delicious breakfast food we ordered. While waiting, we visited inside, and the lobby and restrooms were clean and pleasant. … Great service all around!
