I don’t understand how you can order a hamburger and get to the window drive into a parking spot so you can just eat your meal by yourself in your car open the bag and the food is cold.

He continued to provide excellent service and was always in a good mood, even when talking to rude customers. I did not expect to run into such a kind worker. Food was hot and tasted how it should. When walking up to the counter after my order being messed up two times in a row, I asked to speak with the manager. Manager refused to come speak with me I understand in certain circumstances they’re busy and they cannot come, but the manager was standing around doing Lil to nothing and just refuse to talk to me after asking for a refund and waiting 10 minutes. I left put the food in the trashcan it was never able to receive a refund. These people in this McDonald’s are rude, And for whatever reason extremely arrogant. This is the closest McDonald’s to my home, but I will never step in this place again. I will be driving 2 miles to the other McDonald’s from here on out.

My daughter stopped by today to grab a drink and some fries, but for some reason her card wouldn’t go through, even though she had plenty of money in her account. The manager and cashier were both so kind and patient while trying to figure it out. Instead of making her feel embarrassed or uncomfortable, they handled the situation with complete kindness and understanding—and even offered her the snack for free. That simple act of generosity truly made her day. It’s rare to see that level of empathy and customer care, and it meant so much. Thank you for showing what great service and kindness look like! 💛🍟
