  Worst place ever. Everytime I go pick up my order not a single employee comes to the front and they act like it doesnt exist. Sad that you now have no customer interaction or service. Drive thru not everyone can do. Customer service is lacking alot!!!!

  This is the second time I’ve stopped by here in the last two days. Yesterday, they didn’t know how to make one of their drinks. In fact, they didn’t even know what it was. I ordered it hot and it came out cold. Today, the wait is forever. The lady that drive your window is very sweet, but somebody else jumped on the microphone, after I checked to see if they’re still there, cause I’ve been more than five minutes. And they yelled back. Will be there in a minute. We’re short staffed. It’s been almost 10 minutes later and I’m still sitting here waiting to get my food. There are two cars sitting in front of me, waiting to get their food too. This is ridiculous, I don’t know how they stay in business. Well, they are McDonald’s.

  Although the information on the web states that this restaurant opens at 5 AM, that is not what I experienced. All the lights were on except for the giant "M" out front, so we (my daughter and I) went through the drive-thru to grab a quick breakfast before work. The menu boards were lit up, but no one answered our "hellos?" to take an order. We drove around to the window and found one person reclining at a table reading a newspaper, while another person mopped. I gave a quick honk to grab some attention, and with a curt response, was told, "We're not open." They should have opened at 5 AM. I think this morning crew is banking some easy hours before officially getting to work. It's a bit ridiculous since in my experience, this McDonald's is extremely slow, very rude, and the workers often take their sweet time to answer the drive-thru speakers and windows.

  What a horribly ran establishment. Not a measure of customer service in sight. Rude employees accept for maybe one (young gentleman in a black hoody and red beanie) and a girl I think they are training. The two other old heavy set women and one that I think is the manager, horrible people skills. I have wrote off two other McDonald's from ever getting my business, time to add a third. Horrible atmosphere, clearly poorly managed, words can not describe it. Never will return after the way I was treated and other customers.

  I used to meet my old roommate and best friend here every morning for breakfast. It was the only time that we could catch up and spend quality time together because of our busy schedules. I hadn't been to this McDonald's in a few weeks because I was out of town and I showed up on my best friend's birthday to surprise him. When I went in the bathroom there was puke on the floor, which I didn't understand because there's a toilet and a trash can in the stall. I told the staff about it and they sent maintenance to clean it up. The next day I didn't show up for breakfast because I had a meeting but the day after that I did show up at 5:00 a.m. I went in the bathroom, and there was puke on the floor again. Obviously it was from the night before because I was the first person in the bathroom. I told the staff that there was puke on the floor. The maintenance man cleaned it up. The next day I showed up to meet my best friend for breakfast and the manager told me that I am banned from coming here because I puked on the floor five times and she has been watching me for 4 months straight and she knows it was me. I'm 40 years old. I used to clean houses for a living. I would never puke on the floor especially if there's a trash can and a toilet. I think this manager doesn't like me because I'm handicapped and I pushed a walker around because I have a spinal injury. But it's very upsetting that I can't meet my best friend here every day for breakfast anymore because obviously the night manager isn't checking the bathrooms at night to make sure they are clean. I tried to get my best friend to go to another McDonald's and we tried different ones but he likes this one because it's closer to where he lives and he walks here in the morning. I just think it's horrible to discriminate against me just because I am handicapped.
