  This place SUCKS. It should not take 20 minutes to heat up a McRib. The term "fast food" is applied very loosely here.

  Terrible experience at this McDonald’s. We waited 10 minutes for our order in the drive-thru, only for me to finally go inside and be told they had lost the order completely. They made a new one, which took another few minutes, and when we checked it, it was the wrong order again. I had to walk back inside a second time just to get it fixed.When we finally received the corrected food, they were missing all the condiments we clearly asked for. At that point we were just done. Super frustrating visit from start to finish. Definitely needs better organization and attention to orders.

  Feel like im being robbed by giving this location any stars. Being low on funds in this economy and you chose a restaurant and they fault you for them bagging incorrectly. First why are you rationing food? Cheesebugers smashed and dry. Forgot nuggets, i call to be told if i dont come back today im SOL. Explained to Gabriel im not driving back down circle tonight. Ill split our food evenly so everyone has some. They make you feel in the wrong for lack of expo properly reading and marking off correct items in bag. Tea looks like water...Do better or find another profession. Yall have mostly 1 and 2 stars shouldve looked first at your rating. Shame on me.

  I was missing a double cheeseburger and a small fry from my order for my family and because when I ordered I was asked if I wanted the receipt and I said no I’m good they can keep or toss it whatever. Well due to that mistake I wasn’t able to get my double cheeseburger and small fry because they couldn’t verify that I had ordered from that specific McDonald’s and so Iended up having to go by Burger King which was a few miles out of my way in order to get my kid the burger and fries they wanted. Not to mention the backlash I got from my kid about how they wanted McDonald’s not Burger King and. From the other aabout why they got Burger King and he didn’t. All in all McDonald’s turned made my night just freaking fantastic. Key takeaway always get your receipt… I guess

  The people that work here at this McDonald's is very rude. And disrespectful, they only take orders from one side of the drive through when there's 2 lines. When you order, they don't even take your order. The right way when you politely tell them oh, there was a mistake on the order they get mad and say that they can't take orders at the window. But yet you wait 20 to 25 minutes in the drive through to even take your order. I will not be back to this McDonald's. Let alone didn't even give me all of my order. This is not a way of fast food place should be. Let alone have customer service as bad as this one.
