This location closes early every single night I’ve gone. Ive used the mobile app every time as well and they still deny you food even after the order is confirmed. The service is terrible and they get mad at you if you show up an hour before closing and won’t serve you. I understand it’s a fast food chain but take your service to a Nevada or Fillmore for fresh food and decent service.

Waited 10 mins. Before a server. Came to the window to tell us they didnt have oatmeal. after they took our order. She asked if we wanted a refund. I said yes. She then comes back and said they had 1 oatmeal. We took it and was refunded for 1 oatmeal. Left and of couse shed didnt put a spoon in the bag. What a pain.

I haven't had a McDonald's cone since 2015 in St. Louis at .25cents during summer. When I bought one at this location a few days ago, I didn't expect .25 cent cone, but when I saw the $2.69 cent price tag after ordering at drive thru, I experienced sticker shock big time but when I received the cone, it looked like it was toddler size...VERY DISAPPOINTED...hadn't been there in 2 years, but that was the last time for me...MCDONALD'S DIED at that very moment for Me...NEVER AGAIN!

Staffs including the manager Karina, do not know how to give the orders out to customers. Have attitude and rude to customers, only finishing up the orders for drive thru. When ask for name to file a complaint, stuffs are rude and refuse to give names. The manager Karina only replies with we are busy and refuse to help the customers. Take more than half an hour for a hot and spicy combo to be ready for in store pick up. will focus on drive thru and no one to serve with the in store customers. Me and other two waited more than half an hour just for a simple mc value combo. And when ask for status stuffs and manager are rude and have attitude of we are still working on it.

I did a mobile order to pickup through the drive thru last night. I ended up being told to go wait at a reserved drive thru parking spot. I sat there for like 10 min. They came with only a 3rd of my order. Went back to grab my ice cream cone, that took 10 min. Then had to have them go back because they forgot the happy meal I ordered. I waited for like another 10 min. I watched over 10 other cars come and go and could tell they forgot. I decided to go back to the drive-thru. They then gave me my happy meal and did offer to remake my burger I got that was now cold because I was waiting to go home and eat with my family. They had me pull forward and then I sat there over 5 min. By the time I decided to just drive off, I spent over 30 min waiting for all of these issues. I spent the last of my money for food and couldn't just leave because I had no more money until pay day to go somewhere else. I did a mobile order because I needed to get home to my family quickly. What is the point of a mobile order if I have to wait this long or even at all?? And I noticed everyone working seemed to be more concerned about socializing with eachother than working. They were just talking and visiting and "forgetting" I was having all these issues with my order. I will say the cashier at the first window was doing her job. But how can she regulate the rest who obviously don't care.
