  NEVER Gets your order, correct!!!! Always had food missing!!! Is always extremely slow!!! And if you go in the morning, good luck if they serve you sometimes they only have one person working and she says she can’t do anything!!! Just go to a different location it’s a joke here! But I will say the young kids that work here are very polite! That’s the only good thing about this restaurant

  So, I order a Spicy McChicken ($2.48 on the drive thru menu), drive up & pay, and its $2.69 on my receipt. How many other customers are you overcharging & for how long?

  At drive thru asked for hamburger plain onion only Joshua who took my order said it was blasphemy not to have ketchup it was for my 86 yr old gma for christ sake no need to be disrespectful we go there every day so she can get a hamburger with onion only but after today’s disrespect left her in tears cause the guy made fun of her for the way she wanted her hamburger I will not be taking her back there

  This place is awful I have came here for years with my friends no matter what team or staff they have they can’t ever seem to get an order right, what happened to fast food being fast and enjoyable, I went here while their where no cars and still this place gives me cold food and gives me an incorrect order, this place needs to either be closed or be completely restaffed

  I came through the drive-through and ordered. The lady who took my order got everything right on the screen. I got my food and went home, and of course the person who made it got it wrong. So I drove all the way back and showed them the food and they remade it. and again, whoever made it got it wrong even though they have a receipt telling them exactly what I asked for. So on the third try, they finally got it right. What was supposed to be five minutes, turned into a 45+ minute ordeal. I was not happy and they didn’t even attempt to make it right other than remaking the food. And even though they said they couldn’t take back the food they made wrong, I gave it back to anyways because I didn’t want them to think I was just trying to get free food. But you would think screwing up my food multiple times and costing me so much time and gas and frustration and the humiliation of the guy yelling at me from the first window that I would’ve gotten a coupon or something. Nope. Nothing. If I would’ve known they were going to cause me so much headache & time & humiliation…I just would’ve went across the street to Taco Bell. And I only briefly mentioned the real kicker, I went through the drive-through after the first time they messed up and the lady told me to pull around to the second window and she would help me. So as I passed the first window, the guy working the first window began yelling at me and he was not nice about it. And of course he was really loud yelling out the window so everyone in a 500+ foot radius heard him yelling at me. It really upset me. No one did anything about that either. I wish I would’ve read the reviews first. But you expect McDonald’s too be just McDonald’s. You don’t expect it to have so many low reviews because of how people are treated there. I should’ve known that this was not a McDonald’s I wanted to go to by the homeless people hanging out in the parking lot and the one homeless crazy guy running around screaming and yelling at all the cars and people that he saw. Live & Learn. I have seen the owner post under other people’s comments who were also treated badly that they want them to go to a different website and post for the customer care team or whatever, yeah I’m not doing that. You just read how I was treated. I’m not going onto another site and putting the information on there. If you want it on there you put it on there. You’ve wasted enough of my time and frustrated me to no end. You can put it on there if you want it on there.
