It was obvious that we were planning to eat inside—we were all seated—yet the “manager” decided not to allow it. The only reason given was that they didn’t want to clean anymore for the night. It’s unacceptable that customers are turned away simply because employees don’t want to work. I don’t understand how a business allows this kind of behavior. Managers like this are becoming a joke nowadays. This is not how customer should be treated.
