    Get rid of the Lady in drive thru. (Older Spanish lady) very Rude & Argumentative. FYI I heard what you were telling your co worker in Spanish about me. Might not want to talk about customers in Spanish not knowing thy speak Spanish as well..

    This is the worst most unprofessional mcdonald's. Dirty and the employees including the shift manager hide when there is a customer at the counter. Miserable experience will never patronize this location again.

    UPDATE YOUR HOURS ONLINE!! Husband stopped by this location on his way home from work. It was just before 2am Friday October 31 2025 thinking that it would be open (Google says it's open 24 hours). Employee told him that they are now closed at midnight and this new policy started on Tuesday October 28 2025.

    I ordered a sweet tea. With my food this morning. The lady forgot to put it on my order. no big deal people make mistakes. At the second window I asked about my sweet tea instead of saying oh the lady forgot to put it on she immediately got rude and saying “No you didn’t order a sweet tea.” I tried to explain I had specifically asked for one and that I was willing to pay for one if I wasn’t originally charged. she completely cut me off turning away from me mis sentence to confirm this with the first lady. After confirming there was supposed to be a sweet tea. The lady didn’t apologize or even bat an eye. She rudely states rolling her eyes that I will need to drive through the drive through again. I just grabbed my food and left. Who ever this lady was she clearly wasn’t happy to be at work today and it definitely shows in how she treats her customers. They also didn’t use my points I asked for so I paid full price for my meal. This location has always been pleasant until this associate starting working. everyone else if great

    So today, on October 21st 2025 I went to the McDonald's to get a remade order. And the manager Daniel spoke to me like I didn't know what I was talking about. Especially after I just spoke to the store manager. A few hours prior Daniel then continued with his attitude saying that he was here yesterday and he knows well then. He should know that the order was made incorrectly. And I proceeded to explain to him that when I was in the restaurant, on October 20th, that the members of staff were blatantly rude and very disrespectful.And he then came back with how dare I with talking about his staff. Daniel then continued with his attitude talking about me as a person as a customer negatively and about how I look and etc et cetera. Then when I my remade food was made. I grabbed my food and he continued with the disrespect. I told him that his attitude was horrible and he then raised his voice and said my attitude is not horrible.. in that moment is when he should have seen that his attitude was poor. Anyone in a management position should know that customers come first and you should never downplay a customer. Or you should never talk down to them. You should always just apologize and keep it moving.
