When you get to the window instead of giving you any food or drink they will always ask you to pull up around the building to wait for your food even when there is only 1 car behind you. And then after waiting 10-15 minutes for your food, either they won't bring it and you have to go inside to get your drive thru order, or there will be something missing like your drink. I have had this happen at least 5 times so now I refuse to pull up and somehow they always get my food really quickly when I refuse to pull up. I'm sure the manager is getting good bonuses for moving the drive thru line quickly, if only corporate knew the line is only moving because they aren't giving people their food. I let them push me forward today and after waiting for my food and not getting my drink, when they finally brought out my drink it was not correct!! I would just avoid this location if you need to use the drive thru for lunch!!
