    Ordered online to pick up, got there 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time and the food was already ready. Normally that kind of wouldn't have been a bad thing but seeing as it's sitting in a warmer all bagged up and I was 15 minutes early then I thought I was going to be That's a long time to be sitting under warmers then I open it and everything taste like it's been sitting under warmers for a while sauce was half dry breadsticks were soggy I literally threw my entire order away after two bites I couldn't do it

    Absolutely the worst , will never go back , its happened several times that our food just sits there and the employees refuse to bring it out to ya , the last last time we were there I went up and asked the smart ass kid with glasses to give me my food and he got pissed and shoved it at me , he about got punched , horrible place to eat

    Willis and Josh were so nice and helpful, food was decent like a fast food Olive Garden but Josh and Willis literally made us feel at home. If I could give them 10stars I would.

    It was the first time I had fazolis in YEARS and a first time ever for my son. The staff there were incredibly kind and accommodating. We chose to dine in and I was impressed with how service minded they were.
