I stood at the counter for about 5–10 minutes without being greeted, even though multiple staff members clearly saw me waiting. When I was finally helped, “Sirus” simply said, “What can I get you?” with zero enthusiasm. I ordered a pizza bagel, and what I received looked nothing like something fit to be served — more like a poorly made, thrown-together pizza. I even took a photo because it was so disappointing (your cameras would confirm this as well). When I politely returned to the counter to ask for a refund or exchange, the staff laughed out loud, as if they found the situation funny — including Sirus, who continued to laugh even after I mentioned their negative attitude. This was one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had at any restaurant. Sirus or Boone should not be in a customer-facing role. I won’t be returning, and I’ll be making sure my staff and friends avoid this location as well.
