Well today, we went to this Dutch Bros for that exact moment and they did not disappoint at all!! The guy who took our order was so excited and made the experience EXACTLY what we were hoping for and we could not be more grateful. This Dutch bros is always amazing, but today they took it just that extra step!

I’ve never been treated with such rudeness and indifference at a coffee shop in my life. I told the girls at the window it was my first time and asked for something creamy and spicy, like a pumpkin spice frost. They were completely unhelpful, didn’t know their own menu, and acted like I was an inconvenience for asking questions. No recommendations, no courtesy, no clue. When I finally got my drink, not only was it not what I asked for, but they didn’t even secure the lid. The entire thing spilled all over my car seat—now I’m stuck paying over $100 to get it professionally cleaned. And the response? No apology. No accountability. Just a roll of paper towels tossed at me like it was my fault.

I used to work at a coffee shop so I know it was from the cup being too full with the lid put on and it just kept leaking. Which is very noticeable before handing it to someone because it was leaking before even handed to me. My car is absolutely covered in coffee and it ruined receipts I need to submit for work to get reimbursement. I had to go to another drive thru just to get napkins.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
