Then we get to the window and the employee was less than happy to be at her job this morning and my drink was incorrect. If the service was better I would have let my drink slide. I will continue to drive 15 minutes out of my way to go to 7 Brew every morning because this was a joke. The run down Starbucks across the street does better than this.

The employee rudely said that you have to ask for that but I have never had to ask for the drizzle before in this drink as it is a golden eagle chai, and like the golden eagle coffee it has the drizzle as part of its allure. Additionally when I asked her not to fill the ice over the top of the cup she got upset and said that is our process. However, I know it is not as they have never overfilled my ice when I come in except today. And because she overfilled the ice I now have to dry-clean the jacket I was wearing because it overflowed and spilled all down my sleeve arm. This could have been prevented if she had 1) not overfilled and 2) put a stopper on top which she did not. I will never frequent this location again and may never shop at a Dutch Brothers again which is sad because until today I shopped at this location everyday before work.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
