- OOOso5 days ago1.0This is the worst Dutch Bros. I've gone there multiple times and yet they still disappoint. I gave them the benefit of doubt being new but now I feel I need to warn people about this one. I've gotten my order ahead wrong multiple times. Unless it's simple and doesn't require much reading your order will probably be fine. Doesn't help that this location has the longest wait times. The broistas don't seem to take things seriously and don't have the vibe that I've received at other locations. I highly recommend going to the Edison location near Platte. That Dutch Bros is always a 5/5 and definitely worth going out of your way if you can. I'd only go to this one if your desperate, even then I'd recommend the Starbucks closer by. I hope this location can get it together but I've kinda decided to stick with Edison from now on. Looks like positive reviews have to be bots or employees. This location genuinely doesn't feel like a Dutch Bros despite the sign.

Over an hour my husband waited for our two drinks. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t order here if you have places to be that day. Will not be coming back

No hint of peppermint or mocha flavor. Not even sure how to describe the flavor of what I received, other than it as definitely coffee with some sort of creamer flavored syrup or creamer added.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
