No hint of peppermint or mocha flavor. Not even sure how to describe the flavor of what I received, other than it as definitely coffee with some sort of creamer flavored syrup or creamer added.

Highly convenient location for me, but I will be going well out of my way in the future to hit any other location in town for actual speed and punctual service. I have now tried repeatedly to use the link provided below to "discuss" this incident and it takes me nowhere helpful. This seems par for the course. Before I left on the day in question, the manager on shift canceled my order and was told it was taken care of. When I checked my bank account today, they still pulled the money out. I have LOWERED my review rating for poor communication issues and a lack of ability to contact the company about getting a refund for the product that they did not provide. I will also be contacting my bank about refusing the charge.
- CDChris DavisOct 29, 20252.0Me and my friends were excited to finally have a Dutch closer to us but none of us have gotten the drinks we've ordered every time we go. Occasionally they get the rebels right, but any coffee or tea orders are always wrong. I get that they are new but I ordered and oatmilk pumpkin latte, and even the barista helped the person taking orders out in the order and got a reg milk plain latte. The staff is usually fairly nice but that's about the only good thing.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
