Was told because of management that they "usually " dont give straws for sip lids...when I asked to pay for it... she continued to tell me " that..this time she can do it...but cant next time" ....either charge me or give me the straws I just paid 8 dollars a drink to drink..without the drama....the customer service is absolutely appalling at this location..they did this same thing when we asked for extra napkins... They make it seem like it is huge inconvenience for them to recieve your business. When asked for the management name and number they down right refused to hand it over and told me to go to Google..Worst location in the springs.
