    Employees were standing there doing nothing. I actually had to ask them if they could please help me with the donuts.

    They don't train they're staff enough and they didn't make my frozen coffee right. They gave me iced instead. They also can't make the spider doughnuts right. I walked in and it looked like a tic tac toe board. Also they had blue eyes.

    The donuts were good and we went through the drive thru but they put my maple donut upside down in the box. Still was decent at the hotel with coffee!

    I really wished I can give this place 0 stars. Visited here today- lg caramel macchiato. Same and only drink I get from DD. Drink was literally cold milk, super white and no taste of espresso at all- $7.13. I returned to the window to ask if they can add espresso or remake the drink. I was greeted by a very unprofessional young man- wearing no uniform or hat and ready to argue with me. So many lies he told- He said he will not remake it First he said he usually makes it this way How many shots of espresso?- he didn’t make it he said. what’s his name? He refused to say where is his hat? He used the bathroom and took off Is there a manager? No He was literally arguing with half of his body out the window. DD the only reason I stayed humble was because he doesn’t know better. Please train your employees better. He said he’s been with DD 5 years, but he’s making drinks incorrect, no CS, arguing with customers, refusal. Just unacceptable. Do better!!!
