The person running the cash register speaks too quietly, particularly for persons with hearing aids. The staff was having a great time joking with each other, and unaware of the growing line of people who were not being served, due to to the situation at the cash register situation. The man in front of me pointed this out to whom I assume was the manager, and the manager would not listen to the criticism that they really needed to focus on the cash register as much as cranking out pizzas from the oven. My order showed as complete on the app, checked with staff, and they said it wasn’t showing as done. What actually happened is that they either gave it to a different customer, or sent it with a delivery driver. I checked in multiple times, waiting an additional 15 minutes past the order complete notice. I ended up having to ask for my money back. No apology, no attempt to correct their error, nothing. I have been a longtime customer over years. But no longer. The manager was busy squeezing the dough balls into discs, btw. Not managing.
