They had us write our names down and numbers on a paper, not sure what'll happen next. About 20 of us were there. The manager did hook me up for a freebie out of the mess up orders. The goof up order was actually extremely tasty. I paid cash and I guess it wasn't able to be refunded, but I'm happy with the extra pizza.

Watched everyone else at the window get their food while watching mine sit not even under a heat lamp getting cold. The men inside kept looking at me and deliberately ignoring me. Everytime I went to the window they kept saying they would bring it right out. Everytime they brought out someone's else's food I kept asking for mine too and they still kept saying they would bring it right out. I had to call the store and speak to the manager to finally get my food brought out to me. 25 minutes AFTER my scheduled pickup time. Then they still got pissy because I wanted plates and Parmesan cheese, which should have been common sense if I order $70 worth of pizza obviously I'm going to need plates and napkins. I would give negative stars if I could. Loved getting home to cold pizza after working 12 hours. I don't know who's running this place but they need to get it together.
