The food was delicious. Our service was quite slow. It took over 20 minutes for my boyfriend's beer to get refilled. Sooooooooo many kids, even late at night. I think they should have a cut off on weekends, say 10pm, where it becomes adults only. And I have kids that I take there, so I'm not being a grump about it. But it's hard to get to games because there's so many kids all night.

I'm going to break this down in areas: Games: There is a good variety of games that I enjoyed. Angry Birds, Willy Wonka, and Spider-Man coin pushers were here and were great fun. I was excited to see the Star-Trek coin pusher but it doesn't look like it's well maintained. The cards were stacked so tight that they wouldn't fall. A couple of machines had so many cards that the coins wouldn't even fall onto the pusher. This is signs that the machine is not being maintained properly. There was also the Avengers ball game but I didn't play it but will be back to play it later. There are quite a few other games like the NFL Football game and some other fun ones. There are some ticket claw machines but the machines for winning plushies were limited to, I think, around 2. Food: The food, was just not great. I got the bacon cheese burger and holy crap that thing was greasy. The food took a while to come out so I didn't say anything and just ate what I could but, it just had entirely too much grease on it. The burger itself was good very nicely and tasted good but when you're eating fries to try to cut some of the greasy feel/taste in your mouth, that's how greasy it was. Also it had a sweet tasting sauce that just, no thanks. Service: The service itself was really nice. I was playing games then walked over and was greeted promptly. The guy cleaned the table and let me know it was ready. The waitress showed up quickly, took my drink order and let me have time to choose food. She only visited once during the meal but honestly, that felt like the right amount of time so most likely, she was keeping an eye out without bothering me which is GREATLY appreciate. This is why service is 5 stars. Overall: I had fun and I'll be back. I'll try to order something else next time but, I hope they really chill on the greasy food. Also, everything that isn't fish starts around 1500 calories and goes up. This is not a place to watch your waist.

Came into use my fall pass on its last day. I’ve used it numerous times in California and got a new card each time when I try to get the new card at Dave & Buster’s using the springs they couldn’t find a way to transfer it. I wasn’t checked in on and I was standing there for almost 30 minutes without any update. I had my nephew with me and I am just visiting from out of town and I thought it was gonna be something fun to take him to do just to be dismissed. We ended up walking out without any resolution. The Dave & Buster’s in Northridge, California would never do that. They always are so helpful.

Went here with the wife for a date night. Figured we’d play games and have a meal. Got seated and order was taken then we waited for our food which was brought by someone other than my server. Then we waited for an hour for our server to return so we could pay and go play games. When he finally did show up he asked if we were his table. We said yes and he laughed as he said I completely forgot you were my table. So we sat there waiting for him to show up to be told he forgot who we were. Won’t be eating here ever again. Still love playing the games though.

Came around lunch time on Wednesday, games were half priced and food was hot, freshly made, and tasty! Would have been over priced without the half price game deal (some games would have been 12+ credits, thats nuts!). Took my kiddo for their birthday and they had a blast. Lots of games to play and the environment seemed clean and welcoming and not crowded at all. Wish arcades still had tokens and tickets, but I guess this is the future.
