I’ve avoided this location ever since, but we were right there and didn’t want to drive down to the Woodman location, so I thought I’d give it another try. First, during the peak of dinner rush, Saturday at 6:30 pm there was no white rice, no queso, and the guacamole was brown and looked old. This was surprising considering the time and expected demand. The Chipotle on Woodman is much better managed than this location. Second, the staff informed me that white rice from another section of the store couldn’t be used because it was reserved for DoorDash orders. This was disheartening to learn that in-person customers were being deprioritized compared to online orders. They said they had already paid, but I wanted to pay but because you were hoarding food on the other side of the store I couldn't. How can you say online is more important than customer waiting in line. If I were a district or regional manager, I would urgently look into how this establishment is run. I want to know how the general manager you’ve placed responsibility to drive and operate and represent your business is handling these issues.
