Her dismissive attitude and eye-rolling made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by ordering. She refused to serve me white rice, even though it was being made right behind her. To make matters worse, my friend's rice was watery and completely flavorless, and I found a hair in my food. Avoid this Chipotle if you value decent service and quality food.

Went in at 7:30pm and they were out of steak only having three meats available (barbacoa, chicken, and sofritas) and after telling me that steak would be ready in 20 minutes they then told me that they would not be cooking any more meat for the night. It’s not even 8pm. The workers attitude was disrespectful as if I was in the wrong asking for food to be cooked when it was now where near closing time and making me wait for 20 minutes was ridiculous. It wasn’t about just not having the food but it was the attitude of how dare I ask for food in the first place and inconvenience them.

At first I thought they forgot the cheese and guac, but then I realized they put so little on you could barely tell it was there, which somehow made it even worse. If I had ordered in store, i would have rejected it, but I guess with take out they just don't really care. I would have been embarrassed to give this to a customer - it really was that bad. I know Chipotle has been going downhill over the years, but this really summed up how poorly these corporate stores are managed. Nobody cares and nobody has skin in the game.
