Which i am allergic to. so specifically didn’t get that. the front person working did offer to make more watermelon limeade as they were out, but laughed. he even looked directly at the receipt to check our drinks. they put the cups in the bag, and the completely wrong food. the only good thing that happened was they gave us larger cups for the drink mishap. this was my first experience at chipotle, i couldn’t figure out how to get a l refund, which i fully believe i deserve. i spoke to the stupid AI chat on the app and it gave me a free entree and a drink. i’m sure there will be limitations, and it doesn’t match to 37 dollars of food.

I get food service and how it's always busy, but consistency is what matters and if these reviews are always good I don't know why they decide to not keep up with that for everyone. Ive had a pretty bad day, and Chipotle always cheered me up so I decided to order from a location I havent ordered from yet to see if they are just as consistent as my go to store. Obviously not, I shouldn't have had to pay for extra if I didn't get extra in the end. I may be petty but it's my money I'm spending, why not give what is paid for?
