Pasta over cooked, protein was not mixed in with the sauce, the protein (sausage) was hard aka over cooked. Asked for additional sauce it came 15 minutes later. My partner was finished with his meal before I could even start. NEVER GOING BACK!!

I kept waiting for the text the site said to expect when my order was ready. 10 min after the ETA, I went inside for a few min, but there was nobody at the front counter. Called to ask for an ETA. My order was brought out 15 min after the ETA, and it was room-temp, so it had been ready for quite a while.

Someone came out and took payment from a gentleman looked at us gave us a crazy look and disappeared. We never got seated and therefore left. I will always encourage cannot visit this place. Seriously felt a bit that there was a racial profile against us. But whatever we ended up going to Old Chicago where we received wonderful hospitality and better food. Shame on you Carrabba's!!!! I would have given a negative 1 if I could have.

Staff looked at us walked away helped another patron still didn't help us. We waited to be seated for over 10 minutes and still not one employee greeted us paid us any attention or anything very rude and disrespectful. Walked out without any word. Staff behavior was very unacceptable. Won't be going to that location again thats for sure. You lost several customers and will let many others know as well.
