At Stetson Hills the other day I walked in and one employee was laying across one of the customer tables sleeping. One entire section of the coolers was closed with zero ice cream. Looking behind the counter supplies were sparce. Customers ahead of me wanted lids and there were none to give them. It just looked so suspect. Like it's going out of business or something. Then the sleeping employee returned and leaned on the counter chewing gum. Health department would love that. I was given a receipt that had Subway on the back and then the ice cream was put in a Subway bag. What? About a month ago I went to the location on Pikes Peak Ave. The parking lot was trashy. The windows and doors were smeary and the inside was dirty. I wanted a take home quart for a dinner that night. The middle-aged lady running the store was so rude. She said we're out of the quarts and just turned and walked off. Yet there were quart containers of some ice cream in the grab-n-go cooler. I guess this is just yet another thing of my youth that is over.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
