    I absolutely love this place! The people here are always so nice and inviting every time! They always say “thank you see you next time” which is very friendly and a nice touch! The food was also very good I got the California rolls and teriyaki chicken as well as the dumplings and it was top tier! Overall the service is fast and efficient and you are in a warm and inviting atmosphere but whole time! 5 stars! Would go to everyday if I could!

    Horrible service. I’ve been a customer for the last two years. They messed up my order. I drove 25 minutes and brought them the order they gave me which was wrong. So I can get my order. The “owner” and older asian man said he would remake my roll another day. I showed up to redeem my order that was supposed to be remade and they told me it was my fault. These guys don’t do good business and said they refuse me from going here again. I will gladly never return as I have spent hundreds of dollars here. Be aware of racial profiling. The owner responded so I would like to update as well. The “Over whelming evidence” they have is me leaving with a bag of Sushi which I paid for! Upload the video! You never see the table with the bags of sushi on them. How about you hand the food to the customers instead of setting it on a table? Such a joke. Show the video of you handing it to me. But I’m the one making false accusations. Owners own words here: At the same time, there was another order on the table , a larger brown bag with handles, stapled closed, and with an Uber Eats receipt attached. Unfortunately, you mistakenly took that bag instead of your own. (Make sure you grab the right bag guys cause if you don’t they will blame you! Also the bag I grabbed had KJ written on it in permanent marker I told that to the lady when she called me I will pull the transcripts of the call and upload that as well)

    We love Sawara! They are incredibly friendly, the prices are great, and we love the food! They are also really fast and the atmosphere is very comfortable. We go every time we’re in town!
