I either have one item over 15 or I’m not taking the items out of the cart right or I’m not scanning it correct. God forbid you use self check out. And then when you do use the cashiers, they’re very very cranky. Void this Safeway like the plague God forbid you try and shop there and check out the way you want. Plus I ever had enough cashiers open anyway.

All I had was tapped to pay came back and asked what I should do with my cart Like every other customer would do got shoot away pretty much told to get in line again Which is fine I don’t care Once I did get in line of pay, I said my bad I apologize And I explained my reasoning behind coming back The tall guy that was in there at the moment At the self checkout at 5:08pm on Sunday October 26. Was super rude about it didn’t care just said whatever man I am a chef right down the street at one of the most popular restaurants in Castle rock. We strive for customer service and it just Blows me away that Safeway or him have that kind of hospitality. Just really blown away get new cashiers that are happy Or can at least take care of you without being all up in their feelings. I will take off this post if you reply, but he didn’t seem to care when I called right now he said there’s no Managers Available. I’m just sick and tired of people not taking their jobs seriously Thank you
