One of the better McDonald's I've been to, but i do hate the new layout of these ones. Food is fine and the employees are decent but why is it freezing inside when it's already cold outside? Have the heater on maybe like a few degrees, or do you not want people inside?

It should be easy: I place an order and they fulfill it. But my order is wrong half the time or more. I'm never going through the drive through again without them validating EVERY item in front of me. No attention to detail. Food is fine when they give you the right items.

Decided to go back here tonight on Halloween with my kid we normally get two meals and one happy meal and literally have to park every single time. My kid always gets a happy meal hamburger and they give her a cheese burger which she hates. They make us wait for overcooked chicken and wrong or missing items. Now let’s talk about monopoly pieces they either don’t want to give them out or are stealing them for their friends. I’m done going here it’s by far the worst McDonald’s in castle rock even though they are all owned by the same family.

This is the second time they’ve completely botched the order.(today 10-30) I did a pick up order and was given 3 wrong drinks, they messed up the 2 sandwiches I ordered. went back to get the right drinks and was given a small after ordering 3 LARGES.
(Tues 10-28) I ordered one McCrispy and was given two hot and spicys and ordered 6 pc and received a 4 pc. Went to get it fixed and was then given a cheese burger with NO patty. Just bread and cheese.

Ordered several (8) boo bucket meals inside and staff didn’t bother to let us know they were out of them. Not only out of buckets. Out of toys altogether. We were standing right at the counter. Just the courteous thing to do. My receipt also didn’t print out and after finally flagging the manager down (since the first person was unhelpful and also assumed I spoke Spanish), he said he couldn’t print one for us. Zero explanation. Yes, we would have gone elsewhere. I feel $ means more than service at this location.
