I arrived about 15 minutes early and explicitly confirmed with the front desk that my entire order was in ONE bag. I was told yes. I trusted the staff and left, only to discover later that a significant portion of my order was missing. Yes, I should have checked the bag myself—but after getting direct confirmation, that responsibility should not fall on the customer. When I called, I was told there is no delivery option, meaning I had to turn around and drive back. In total, between pickups and returns, I spent over an hour of drive time making four separate trips just to get the food I already paid for. Instead of partially comping the order or offering a reasonable resolution, they gave me more food (which I absolutely did not need—I had already ordered over 50 pieces of sushi plus apps and an entrée) and a $10 gift card. That doesn’t even come close to compensating for the time, gas, or frustration. The gift card maybe covered fuel—barely. I understand it was Christmas Eve and busy, but that’s not an excuse. If you’re going to take large orders during peak times, accuracy is the bare minimum. This level of carelessness, combined with poor customer recovery, is unacceptable. I won’t be trusting them with another large order.

Well the food was great, and the delivery guy was working Christmas eve so I didn't have to leave the house. Thanks to all for your work so that we can spend time with family and friends. Being from the Pacific Northwest it's hard to find good seafood from Colorado. However, this place rivals our favorites on the coast. Don't miss out on this gem.
