- SPSarah PlagenzaNov 15, 20251.0We went to eat today at Ito Sushi today and I have never been so appalled. I ordered sweet potato tempura rolls and my first o e was spicy. I was like that’s weird. I’m not a fan of anything spicy. So I know what I’m talking about. So I grab another one and same thing. I tell the waitress ,and just asked for them to bring me a replacement roll. She leaves, comes back with a plate and fork and takes a piece of the roll and took it to the kitchen. We hear her and the chef yelling at each other in the kitchen . She comes out and tells me it’s not spicy. I asked if she thought I was lying? She said no are you going to eat it? And I said absolutely not. I have never been treated like that ever!!! I will NEVER go back there. That’s horrible customer service!!

When we tried to clean it up our server was so kind and adamant that it wasn’t a problem and he’d take care of it. Thank you for your kindness!
