Heard this place was too expensive before we could even try it. Given it has the same owners as Castle Cafe, who just upped their prices too much without improving anything, we won't be going for now.

Best Mexican restaurant in Castle Rock! Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Make sure to get the salsa flight and all the meat options are amazing. Great ambiance and service. Must try restaurant for anyone wanting a great meal in Colorado!

Delicious food, nice presentation and good ambience. Management: Make sure to take care of the little things. We were in the back corner and the table wobbles and the case that brought our bill needed a wiping down. Still, we'll be back.

We had a great experience at Bien Y Tu. The carnitas tacos were amazing, and I will definitely be coming back for those. We started with the guacamole, which was really good, and the chips were nice and fresh. The house margaritas were excellent. We enjoyed great food and service on a beautiful December day on their awesome patio. At first, I was confused by the name 'Bien Y Tu.' It’s a little hard to see it all from the street, and I actually thought it was an Asian restaurant—but then I figured out it’s Spanish for 'good, and you?' It’s the answer to 'how are you?' so of course, it’s a Mexican restaurant! Clever...

We came for a date night and the atmosphere was great. We ordered chips and guac because they don’t offer queso. The guac tasted fine but it seemed like they barely cut the onions so all the chunks of onion were huge. I wanted to order their version of a Crunchwrap supreme and I asked to substitute the meat with beans because I am avoiding meat. I was told it would not be possible and the only vegetarian option had potatoes which I also can’t have. We ended up getting the check and leaving without having dinner. I was disappointed in how little they tried to accommodate dietary restrictions.
