The young lady at the first windows was very nice and polite while when I got to the 2nd window I felt rush even tho there was a car still leaving as a mid age lady was shaking my drink out the windows and was not polite

I have ordered off the mcd app and DoorDash multiple times, having issues each time. They can’t read clearly because I put in my order correctly each time, every time I mention an issue when I call up this same rude female manager dismisses me and tells me to call DoorDash so they can send the driver back out because the driver forgot something, driver didn’t forget anything , she did by putting the wrong items in my bag or forgetting them. No dasher will waste time , gas, money to go back and fix a stores mistake. This woman clearly doesn’t care about her job, has no understanding of the fundamentals of customer service and should be fired.
Thank you though for all the free meals every time I have to call DoorDash for an order issue
Update : reading Mcdonalds reply to this is actually quite hilarious they mention to contact the delivery partner, whoever sent this response clearly did not read my review, as the issue isnt with the delivery service but with the management and staff of the location.

I had ordered here from time to time after work and it was alright but recently i have had 2 bad experiences and most likely won't be returning if its going to stay this way, my first experience i was told that i shouldn't have ordered online and i should have gotten something else other than chicken nuggets because it will take them 20 minutes to make in a very rude tone of voice, then tonight i ordered a frappachino at 11:30 and paid extra for more carmal and had no issues ordering online then when i reached the window a shorter older blonde lady told me that "we don't do frappachinos on Sunday" and i replied with "oh i was unaware of that" and then she replied in the rudest tone ever "oh well we have been doing it for 13 years" and then after a little back and fourth offerd to replace it with a shake which i got substituted for however i still paid an extra couple dollars for the Carmal dirzzle and never got it nor a refund on it, also after some research online and looking through the app and McDonald's policy's there's is nothing i could find within the last 13 years or more of them not serving frappachinos on Sunday.
I am willing to raise the rating if the service improves.
