But it was a little harder to enjoy with the capital one staff kind of watching us it felt a little weird although they didn’t ask us anything but it still feels a little weird. The food was great and the cozy atmosphere felt inviting so this is a great place just a little uneasy with the staff. But overall a great place to hang out with friends or family anytime and do work or eat!

The staff are nice too, and the banking people are there to help you with anything Capital One without being pushy. Great workspace with power.

It's a crime against humanity in Boulder to serve coffee for sit down in plastic lined togo cups even if you're discounting how plastic ruins the taste of coffee!! 2. Turkey club was giving tiny, greasy super processed meat vibe for a ridiculous $8. I only ate it because I was starving. 3. It's not really a card perk to get 50% off just the drinks, especially when they are low quality and truly GREAT coffee is served 1-2 blocks away. I'm cancelling my card in Feb 2026 when they take away the airport lounge free access for my family members. What "perks" am I paying for????

How do I bank at a Capital One Café?
Capital One Cafés offer a modernized, friendly approach to banking that provides a low pressure way to get support. While we don’t have traditional bank tellers in our Cafés, customers can use our self-service options to get everyday banking done., even on the weekend. Ambassadors are on hand to assist you along the way with your banking questions, and can even help you apply for an account. Capital One Checking account holders can use Café ATMs fee-free to check their balance, deposit or withdraw cash, make credit card payments and more. Come in for everyday banking–stay to enjoy a handcrafted beverage. You can also:
- Replace, reissue or activate your debit card
- Lock and unlock your debit card
- Change your debit card PIN
- Receive sign-in support
- Update account information like your address, phone number and email address
- Place or remove a stop payment on a check or ACH

Yes, there are self-service ATMs available at all Cafés that are fee-free to Capital One customers. You can use them to deposit cash, deposit checks, pay your credit card bill and more. Not a customer? There’s a small fee to use the ATMs.
Can you reserve space at the Café?
Account holders (18+) can reserve a nook—a private workspace with tables and outlets—when they’re in the Café or from their Capital One mobile app. When in the Café, visitors can scan the QR code on the door of the nook to access the reservation portal to complete their booking. As of December 2024, account holders can make reservations in the Capital One mobile app by searching for their preferred Café, viewing the details of that Café and selecting "Reserve a Nook" to access the reservation portal.
