The Bison New York Strip, the garlic mashed potatoes, and the asparagus were all really well done. The shrimp cocktail appetizer was good as well. The only reason I dock a star from here is I was expecting a little more from the lemon tart. The tart itself is definitely good, but the strawberry sauce mixed with the lemon is a bit off flavor wise. Still, this restaurant is really good and a great stop for dinner in Beaver Creek.
