I had bought some balloons for my daughter birthday went outsid and the wind blew one of them away… I was so sad I went back told one of girls that was working what happened and she got the manager he was dressed in all black he completely kept sweeping and was very rude how he steady look down and did not even look at me once… Mistakes happen and I can’t stand how people who have the upper hand treat u like ur not a customer… All the workers eyes were on me when I was telling the rude supervisor what happened no one was busy including that guy that work self checkout that wears the jeans looking at me and not finding a solution completely shunned… lucky the Hispanic girl in all black went over and beyond to get me another ballon, Thank u but I will never go back to this store!!!
