- CACynthia AvilaJan 2, 20261.0I’ve given this McDonald’s far too many chances, and the problems are no longer believable as “accidents.” My orders are constantly wrong, with missing items almost every visit. At this point, it feels systematic, not occasional. The wait times are completely unjustified. More often than not, customers are told to park and wait—sometimes for an absurd amount of time—regardless of how simple the order is. It gives the impression that efficiency and accountability no longer matter here. What’s most disappointing is the dramatic decline in customer service. Some employees are outright rude and treat customers as if they’re a burden rather than paying guests. One employee in particular, Victoria, is consistently hostile, aggressive, and confrontational. Her attitude is so unpleasant that my children are genuinely afraid to go to this location because of the nasty looks and tension she creates. No family should feel uncomfortable ordering fast food. This McDonald’s used to be staffed by local young teens who were polite, respectful, and actually seemed to care. What happened? The difference is noticeable, and not in a good way. Management seriously needs to rethink hiring practices, retrain staff, and restore basic standards of service. Until that happens, I’ll be avoiding this location entirely.
