This restaurant has gone downhill, and it’s extremely disappointing. The pizza is great, but everything else was unacceptable.
The restaurant was so messy that I had to wipe the table just to sit down and eat. The employees were rude and unprofessional from the start. I purchased the all-you-can-eat salad and sent my 13-year-old son to refill it for me. There was no lettuce left, and instead of calmly explaining the policy, an employee **yelled at my son**, saying the salad was for one person only. My son explained that it was for me, but she said it didn’t matter.
When I went up myself, she refused to refill the lettuce, saying she “wasn’t going to because I would just give it to my son.” That assumption was rude and completely uncalled for. After this incident, she and two other employees were **snickering, pointing, and laughing at us**, which was incredibly unprofessional.
This is not an isolated issue. On an earlier visit, my daughter—who has severe anxiety and a **legitimate service dog**—was yelled at across the restaurant by an employee who shouted that she couldn’t bring the dog inside, without asking any questions or showing any understanding. This caused my daughter to have a severe panic attack.
Something needs to change. These employees clearly do not respect customers and make your business look awful. We have been loyal, local customers for nearly **20 years**, but based on our experiences—and your reviews—it’s clear many others are feeling the same way. People won’t stop coming because of the food; they’ll stop coming because of how they’re treated.
**We will not be returning.**
