Then getting to the window the lady yelled after I had to tell her I did not want the big breakfast. I mentioned to the lady at the next window how rude she was & she did not even care at all. She said, “Sorry I will talk to her.” You can tell she was not going to speak with the lady about the situation. Both ladies are very unprofessional & not taking their jobs seriously. I’m going to contact cooperate about the issue today because it is not okay to continue to have orders messed up & the customer service is awful as well. Food is always great though so thank goodness for that!
