Ordered on 1/6/26 at 2:20pm and saw the staff that grabbed something off her chest then flicks it after she rubbed her nose, then grabbed a tray and the tray is dirty and just uses a napkin to smear the grease all over the try so no one notices it, doesnt even try to wash a tray really McDonald's you need better training, after she served my food super unprofessional never coming here again or recommend anyone to order from here real back experience.

I can’t stand this McDonalds, the parking sucks, the inside, while nicely remodeled, has a bunch of weirdos lingering in it. There’s a huge sign up front that reads “use Kiosk to place order.” I absolutely hate that I’m forced to use a kiosk and there’s no hand sanitizer in sight. Plus the kiosk I used didn’t have the damn machine to pay by card so I had to use another kiosk. They get 1 star on service cause there is no service, see kiosk comment. My order took more than 10 minutes, so much for “fast food.” To top it all off they forgot my large fries, but that’s on me for not checking huh? Didn’t go back cause I was already home when I noticed. So congrats McD’s you swindled me out of $7!

the food is fine but everything else needs a lot of work. the tables are dirty, the service is slow, and most of the kiosks do not work which is a problem because they will not take your order at the counter. they forgot my fries today and by the time I got them my burger was cold.

Sign inside says to use kiosk to order as they don't want to take your order. And they only have one kiosk that works cause the others were not working or missing payment machine.

Just left drive through and both panels that show the food you can purchase was dark. I told the McDonald's rep that the screens were black and he said oh that happens they come on and off sometimes. Asked him if he had a paper menu so we can order off of and he said no. So no menu.
No order.
