Just left drive through and both panels that show the food you can purchase was dark. I told the McDonald's rep that the screens were black and he said oh that happens they come on and off sometimes. Asked him if he had a paper menu so we can order off of and he said no. So no menu.
No order.

Very rude server. Ignored request to purchase order. She automatically assumed poor customer due to carrying a bag, which actually has my work food (night shift) and PPE. She didn't apologize, and when speaking with her superior, she didn't apologize to her superior, rather got annoyed for being reprimanded for assuming. I explained that if I had a Gucci or Coach bag, the service would be different. I'm a vet, and when politely explained to her, she didn't care. Bad day or not, you're in customer service. You attitude towards customers reflects on the company. Very bad service. Many people carry bags, from students to business people. Get over yourselves.

I used the drive thru. I was in a hurry and didnt check my order thoroughly. I ordered 4 complete meals. Of course I didnt notice until I got home that they didnt put one of the Burgers in the bag. This is not the first time its happened at this location. My advice to everyone, dont worry about the huge li e behind you... ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER!

The experience was horrible. I went on the day they did a special through the app of 0.50 cents so it was so packed the workers didnt know what to do. The girl at the register told me she owed me $ because she didnt have any change and that in itself was unprofessional. The time waiting I saw her give attitude to 2 other guest and even saw a whole arguement with her an another customer. Never going here again.
