    Drive through line was way too long so I went inside. I was told to order at the kiosk or not at all. Nobody would take my order so I left. Really disappointed with the lack of customer focus.

    This whole group needs to be fired. Anyone responsible for managing the team on 11/15/25 at approximately 3:00pm should resign immediately or be fired. What a joke this location is. Update. Don’t waste peoples time if you’re not going to follow through. This is nothing more than lip service if you don’t make changes. Paying people $20 per hour and passing that cost onto the customer, means the service should reflect a higher quality. All you need to do is look at the number of 1 star reviews.

    Trashy lobby rude employees long lines and my breakfast burrito had freaking plastic in it but honestly that's morning however the night team are really nice and good energy

    Bad McDonald’s location, always getting orders wrong. Can never get the online orders correct and will never read special instructions. Going to this location anytime after the breakfast hours is a waste of time and money.

    I'm surprised this McDonald's hasn't been visited by the district manager or a higher up. First, of all the mobile machines inside are all non working except one that doesn't even print out receipts. The workers are slammed and some are rude. Customer service sucks. If you want to work at a fast paced place, work faster. Double cheese burger had all these extra toppings and everything was a mess. Get on top of your game!
